SURPLUS PROPERTY : BIDDING INFORMATION

• Bids must be either:

  • E-mailed to Graham Schoonover, Director of Maintenance at:

            gschoonover@dunklin.k12.mo.us

• Sealed and dropped off at Central Office.  Surplus Bid: ℅ Graham Schoonover on the envelope face.

• Bids must include:

  • Your name and contact information, including phone number.

  • The item or items of interest.

  • The bid amount on each item.

Bids must be received by 1 p.m. on Friday, December 6th, and the highest bidder will be notified at the end of the day.  Payment for items must be delivered to the Central Office by 4 p.m. on December 9, 2024.  Arrangements must be made with the Director of Maintenance for pick-up of items by 4 p.m. on December 10, 2024.  Any questions regarding the items for bid can be directed to:
