Surplus Property

SURPLUS PROPERTY : BIDDING INFORMATION

  • Bids must be either:

    • E-mailed to Steve Copeland, Director of Maintenance at:

            scopeland@dunklin.k12.mo.us

  • Sealed and dropped off at Central Office.  Surplus Bid: ℅ Steve Copeland on the envelope face.

  • Bids must include:

    • Your name and contact information, including phone number.

    • The item or items of interest.

    • The bid amount on each item.

Bids must be received by 1pm on Friday, February 2, and the highest bidder will be notified at the end of the day.  Payment for items must be delivered to the Central Office by 4pm on February 5, 2023.  Arrangements must be made with the Director of Maintenance for pick-up of items by 4pm on February 6, 2023.  Any questions regarding the items for bid can be directed to:
