My name is Dr. Clint Freeman, Superintendent of Schools in the Dunklin R-5 School District.

Our theme for this year is all about community, connection, and making every single moment count. In the words of Taylor Swift, "The scary news is, you're on your own now. But the cool news is, you're on your own now."

Except here is the real secret in our district: YOU ARE NEVER ON YOUR OWN, because we are a tight-knit community. As in a classic Disney story, we know it takes an entire kingdom-each person playing a vital role-to make the journey a success. From the first bus stop in the morning to the final sweep of the broom at night, the work you do transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary.

At Dunklin R-5, we believe it takes what it takes to be great. For us, that means:
