Finding good childcare can be difficult, but our employees have a wonderful option.  Dunklin Daycare is competitively priced and open exclusively for the children of our employees.  Parents drop them off in the morning before work and pick them up at the end of the school day.  The parent is never more than 10-minutes away from their kiddo.  Dunklin Daycare is located within the award-winning Taylor Early Childhood Center.  After a child turns 3-years-old, they will have the opportunity to attend Taylor.  

Certified staff gets $125 per credit hour for up to 12 credits per year.  After you earn 15 credit hours, you can ask for a salary review.  Please see the pay scale above.

Dunklin has three retirement plans.  Each requires an employee contribution which is matched by the district.
